Founding 100 waitlist privacy
This notice explains the limited information CAGInc collects for the pre-launch Founding 100 waitlist. No payment information is collected by the Portal at this stage.
Why we collect it
To operate the waitlist, verify genuine interest, measure demand, contact you about this waitlist and Studio launch, and protect the service from abuse.
What we do not collect here
No card number, banking information, CAB$ purchase, paid membership, customer project file, or customer account password is collected by Stage 0.07C.
Storage and access
Waitlist records are stored in the Portal's configured database. Production deployment requires persistent storage. Boss/admin access is restricted and the export route is protected by the temporary Stage 0.07C admin boundary.
Email verification
Local development uses a development outbox. A public production deployment must use the configured SMTP email provider so verification links are sent to the email address supplied by the visitor.
Removal or questions
To ask about the waitlist data or request removal, contact cheapassgamesinc@gmail.com. This pre-launch notice will be reviewed and expanded before CAGInc enables customer accounts, paid services, or additional personal-data collection.
No sale of waitlist data
CAGInc does not operate the Founding 100 waitlist as a data-broker product. The information is collected to operate and evaluate the CAGInc AI Virtual Studio launch.
